About the Role
SA Health’s Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join Woodleigh House, a key mental health facility at Modbury Hospital.
As an ANUM at Woodleigh House, you will be responsible for:
✔ Providing clinical leadership and supporting the management of nursing staff.
✔ Delivering high-quality mental health care within a multidisciplinary team.
✔ Ensuring the safe and effective operation of the unit, including staffing, resource allocation, and patient care.
✔ Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
✔ Implementing evidence-based practices and maintaining high standards of care.
✔ Mentoring and supervising nursing staff to promote professional development.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced mental health nurse leader who:
✔ Is a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
✔ Has extensive experience in mental health nursing and team leadership.
