Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Greeting and Interaction:
Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and a welcoming environment. - Data Collection:
Accurately collect and verify personal and insurance information from patients, ensuring data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations. - Patient Assistance:
Assist patients in completing registration forms, providing guidance on insurance and payment options, and addressing any inquiries they may have. - Coordination with Medical Staff:
Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow and the timely communication of registration-related information. - Appointment Scheduling:
Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and re-scheduling to optimize patient access to healthcare services. - Pre-registration:
Conduct pre-registration for upcoming procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified ahead of time. - Phone Inquiries:
Respond to phone inquiries promptly, providing accurate information about hospital services, directions, and registration procedures. - Reporting:
Generate and maintain reports on registration metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement in the process. - Continuous Learning:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training preferred.
