Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing, administering treatments, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring high-quality patient care. The role requires effective communication, thorough documentation, and active participation in patient progress evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment & Monitoring:
Assess and record patients’ symptoms, medical histories, and progress. Monitor vital signs and responses to treatment. - Medication & Treatment Administration:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and document responses. - Collaborative Care:
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Care Plan Evaluation:
Continuously evaluate patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. - Emotional & Educational Support:
Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Educate them on conditions, treatment plans, and aftercare. - Documentation:
Accurately document all aspects of patient care in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards. - Safety & Environment:
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patient care, following infection control and safety protocols. - Professional Development:
Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on healthcare advancements. - Effective Communication:
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent. - Licensing:
Valid nursing license as per the location’s regulations. - Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting. - Skills:
Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
